1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CartZA regarding your access to and use of the CartZA mobile application, website, and campus food-ordering services.

2. Platform Services

CartZA provides a technology platform that connects university students and campus community members with participating campus food merchants and delivery couriers.

3. Orders and Payments

Prices listed on the platform are set by participating merchant partners. Users agree to provide valid payment credentials when placing an order.

4. User Conduct

Users agree to treat student couriers and campus restaurant staff with respect. Fraudulent chargebacks, abusive behavior, or misuse of the platform may result in immediate account suspension.
